Calendar and mail
Jarvis reads your agenda and inbox and writes drafts. It never sends on its own.
Connect
Settings, then Calendar and Mail: Google (Calendar and Gmail) or Microsoft (Outlook mail and calendar), by browser sign-in. Setup of the OAuth clients is described in apps/desktop/README.md of the Jarvis repository. Tokens are kept in the macOS Keychain and the synced data in an encrypted cache on your Mac; none of it goes to the cloud.
What you can ask
- "What's on my calendar today?" (⌘7 shows Today and Week)
- "Any important mail?" (⌘8 lists unread)
- "Draft a reply to Rita saying I'll send the file tomorrow"
Sending is always yours
A draft is sent only after the confirmation dialog's one-time token, or an explicit spoken "yes" to "Send it?" as the very next thing you say. Typed chat never sends. Mail and calendar text is treated as data, never as instructions.
Proactive mode
Settings, then Proactive mode. A spoken morning brief (default 08:30, Europe/Lisbon) with weather, agenda, mail and reminders, plus alerts for new important mail and calendar changes. Jarvis speaks on its own only between 08:00 and 22:00, never while the screen is locked.
